For common browser setup, storage, performance, touch-control and loading problems, first check the GTA Browser Guides. A detailed bug report is much easier to investigate than a message that only says the game does not work.

What to include in a bug report

When reporting a technical problem, include enough information to reproduce it. Useful details include:

  • The exact page URL where the issue happened.
  • Your browser name and version.
  • Your operating system or mobile device type.
  • Whether the problem happened before, during or after the one-time game setup.
  • The exact error message, if one appeared.
  • A screenshot when it helps explain the problem.
  • The steps you took immediately before the issue occurred.

Save files and local browser data

Game data and saves can be stored locally in browser-managed storage. Do not clear site data as a first troubleshooting step if you have progress you care about. Export important saves before destructive resets. See the save backup and restore guide for more information.

GTA Browser is an independent project. We cannot provide official Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive customer support, account support or licensing decisions on behalf of those companies.
